I finally got my approval letter yesterday, Woo Hoo!!!! I am nervous, but excited as well. I am waiting on a surgery date from the doctors office.

Try gas x strips for your tongue. These did wonders for my gas.

I had the same issue, the crystal light helps a lot. Some flavors you may not like, I can not tolerate anything orange flavored. Drinking water does get easier, it will take some time, but just try and sip. -
How many mg of calcium citrate should I have daily. I see that they come in 250mg and 500 mg?

I would not buy a lot of any one item. My tastes seem to have changed a little.I am now very aware of sodium in foods most Soups tastes way too salty. -

Help! I Have Gained Weight After 1 Year

I am a bigger guy and most weight circuits allow you to adjust the seats, bars and seat so most machines can accommodate everyone. If you do not like the weight circuit at the gym try some free weights at the gym or buy yourself some dumbells to use at home or you could even use milk jugs and fill them with water, just about anything will work. -

How long before you were able to go on vacation with your family? How long was it before you were out and about after your surgery? How long before you went back to work? I am trying to plan a trip for my anniversary and I want to see if I will have to push the trip. I am tenatively scheduled for my surgery for the first week of February, I am still waiting on final insurance approval.

I have Aetna insurance and I am wondering how long they take for final approval. I have did my three nutrition visits, three exercise specialists visits , two education classes. I am still waiting on a final date so I can do my final class required by my doctor. For those of you that have Aetna, after your doctor sent the final information, how long did it take for your approval?
