I'm loving Crossfit too!! You're body takes shape right before your eyes! Have you guys seen the mywod app? It's great and has videos for every exercise, shows incorrect, correct, and modifications techniques! It'll get you to WOD like a GOD in no time

Glad u brought that up! I'm about 105 days out and it seems my intake with food & water is less tolerable. I'm more surprised that its with water too. I hope some vets can weigh-in on this issue. -
