I started at 335 day of surgery but when I began the process with my insurance company I was at 372 since surgery I am down 92 lbs and I am 7 months post op today

hey ree after I got my surgery I started to regulate with my period. usually getting it every month around the same time .... I did skip one month and I got it last month and I was supposed to get it this month the 2nd and I just got it yesterday I think it's pretty normal to be a week late .... our bodies are still adjusting to our surgery if you have any concerns I would call my surgeon just to be on the safe side

Artymama by day 5 I was getting in at least 70 oz of Fluid .. I was worried also so I called my surgeon and she told me it was fine that I needed to keep hydrated and that was just a way of showing me that my stomach was healing fast and well !

Dos 6/10 I was 335 I am now 2 weeks and 1 days post op and down 22 lbs

So I am 1 week and 2 days post op, and I am at least having 80-90oz of fluid throughout the day ! Does this sound okay? I feel like I am in taking TOO MUCH & what if I stretch my sleeve( if that is possible) ?? How was everyone else's fluid intake 1-2 weeks post op? Help please

So before surgery i had bought 3 cases of Premier Protein shakes from costco 2 vanilla and 1 chocolate. Been trying to drink the vanilla for the past couple days to get my protein and i just cant take the taste. So i just tried the chocolate and OMG ITS GREAT lol. Why did i think i wasnt going to like CHOCOLATE !!!! Thank god my vanilla is ALMOST gone and then I can fully start my chocolate shakes. 30g of protein and my dr. wants me to drink 2 a day. Today will be my 1st official day of getting ALL my protein in YAY

I will definitely be trying this next week ... SOUNDS DELISH !

I'm on my second week of my preop diet and I haven't lost anything (haven't gained either) thank god. What if my surgeon tells me I can't have my surgery I'm creaking out over here !? I feel like I'm sabotaging this surgery :'(

I was told by the nurse today nail polish is fine

So 1 week from today I will be getting sleeved its like unreal. Right now I'm doing my pre admission testing

So My surgery date is set for June 10th and my 1st day of the preop diet is TODAY ! Had Muscle Milk Light shake for Breakfast Drank 5 glasses of Water Had a small chicken ceased salad w/ light ranch and 1 wheat roll Now couple hours later I'm snacking on steamed green Beans. Thank god I can have unlimited veggies I don't know what to do with myself every time I try to distract myself food comes to mind Lord help me get passed these 2 weeks as quick as possible Anyone experiencing the same at this moment?
