How does everyone do it? I'm having a hard time getting 64 oz of water AND 60-80 grams of protein in. I'm in purée I go back to work next Monday and will be on soft stage. Not sure if I can turn things around in 1 week. Any suggestions?

I tried sleeping on my right side last night. I slept good! Today I'm in so much pain I have pain in the middle of my stomach and the left site where they pulled my stomach thru I just want to sleep on my side

So I've been on this journey since October. My surgeon submitted my paperwork on Jan 24, the requested additional info on 25th. The surgeon submitted the info on Feb 6. Insurance requested additional info again! They aren't satisfied with exercise notes. Insurance wants me to go to PT. My PCP says I don't need it, it's a waste of time in my case. I have Blue Cross *** of IL. I don't really do much exercise. I do take the stairs and have noticed my knees don't hurt as much since I've lost a few Lbs. Has anyone else had to meet this requirement? My surgery date WAS going to be March 6, if approved. Does anyone know how long it should take to satisfy this requirement?

I have *** of IL. I call every other day. They received my paperwork on Jan 23, rejected it on Jan 25. My surgeon's nurse said everything was sent. I guess I'll find out in about 20 min. when I call AGAIN. Good luck to you all!
