Sleeved on 1/16 and already down ~10 lbs. Like everyone else I am ready to eat something besides protein drinks and broth but I am a little afraid of how food will feel sitting in my new stomach- I hope I still enjoy eating. Also, has anybody had intense hunger pains? I get so hungry and my hunger pains can get painful -
My liquid diet consists of protein shakes and clear fluids- anyone else doing a protein shake pre-op diet?

I understand how you feel, I am scheduled to have surgery on Jan 16th and I am very nervous, but hopeful and nervous, so I guess that is good. I am having trouble with the diet as well, I even have a headache.

Looking to cut sagging skin off at the pass. Have not had my surgery yet but I am looking for any advice to avoaid too much saggy skin.
