This thread is pretty quiet lately.

I guess I didn't really mean binge. I'm just really over the sweetness of the shakes everyday. That's more of what it is. But I'm trying to stay away from soups because of sodium levels, even the lower sodium ones are high. I had a very long day and did go thru McD's drive-thru. I ended up getting 2plain grilled chicken sandwiches but just ate the fillets and ditched the buns. I just have a few more pounds to drop to get my BMI under 50 so I can save the extra $1,000.

Maybe you could ask for something to relax you a bit. Maybe then you won't think about being bored or frustrated. Idk...works for me sometimes...I think it's a Kolonopin kinda night anyway!

WOW! What an experience. I'm glad your friend was with you to help you thru it. We're about to get hit with another snow storm with ice tonight and into Tuesday. I was supposed to be flying back on Monday. So I guess its good that things have been postponed. Can't wait to join you on the other side.
