one of the first things I was told were the risks, the one risk they never spoke about was that without this operation il die, in the 1996 my mam had a quadruple heart bypass she ended up with open wounds that took over 3 mts to heal but without the op she would have died, it was a major risk as she was over weight, my mam was given to a second chance all those yrs ago now is my chance risks and all im taking it, but you have shown you and your sister are very close to come on here and voice your concerns, hope you dont get too down hearted over the replies as every one has a right to give their view even do we might not agree with it x

im a diabetic and yes for carbs brown rice is good even better is the wild brown rice -
my dad was thrilled as he suffers with arthritis like i do, but he knew i would not be allowed to have my knee opp, my mother and 1 of my sisters were very negative about it, i was taken the easy route till I sent them youtube videos and made them watch the procedure, my mother is ok now but my sister who is a size 10 still thinks its the easy way but i dont mind cos i can change with this new tool but she will always be negative, every one here is here for you, you can do it and become the person you crave to be xx

I start my pre surgery intense weight loss diet on the 28th of this month dont know how long its going to be for but I will be seen every 2 weeks yeahhh so looking forward to the start of my new life x

welcome and read all the questions that others ask and make little notes for yourself, im still waiting on 3 test so it will be another few mts before i have mine but the forums here are brilliant x -

just off the phone from my own dr, there is a staff shortage in the hospital there is a 6 to 12mts wait for some of the test, she said that even to call me into our local hospital for some of those test still could take 6 to 12mts, but the dietican is to ring me during the week about starting me on the milk diet so i still am no close than yesterday

Hi all I was down in the dumps for about 2 weeks as every few days the hospital was ringing me to cancel my app, I went to my own Dr today and was telling her what was going on and what the consultant was saying, Yes Im top priority and its now up to the other clinics as to where im on their list, well I rang myself this afternoon to be given the name of the nurse and number to ring her, when I rang she was upset as to see I still wasent been called for 3 test, she told me to ring in the morn...
