I did! Goal accomplished! I flew last weekend and no extension. Another goal is to fit comfortably in an airplane seat. Is that really possible for anyone? Lol

I started taking it 2 weeks post op. My first though was to open it and mix it with something. Nasty! So I swallowed the next one with no problems. Good luck!

Incisions have to be completely healed before tub, etc. I am 2 1/2 weeks out and would love to start traveling again. My doc said it was ok I just don't have the energy. Hope to by Mardi Gras! -

Good luck! I am 5'4" and weighed 284. A lil over 2 weeks post op and I'm down 22 lbs. It's a great feeling! Hydration is key post op and your protein intake. Congrats to the new YOU!

My psych visit was for 1 hr then I had to take a 500 question psychological assessment test. Took about 2 hrs. Only took Aetna about 2 weeks to approve. Good luck!

One question.. By looking at your before and after, it doesn't look like you had a problem with extra skin.
