Hi Nana~, I won't have time to do my stats tomorrow by noon, so here they are now. I'm not getting on the scale unil I absolutely have to... no sense putting my fist through a locker... And its not like I'm likely to have actually lost any weight... under bust 42 waist 44 hips 47 yup, that's right, down 2 inches.

yup, rose crystals are very nice. I don't know if another regeonal name is cherry crystal though. Sorry, but I just don't have that information. Wow Nana~, just the sounds of those runes sound energy packed. I'll bet they are affecting your sleep and dreams! But sometimes things just can't be cleaned. I did a tarot reading for a then house-mate. All the cards used curled after and I could never get them to flatten out. I'd never seen so many swords all in one reading. Ever. After that reading, those cards were never the same and I eventually had to burn them and their silk wrapper. I should have known better than to do a reading for her in the first place... the negative energy was like a mailstrom... Her boyfriend was in prison for killing his brother over a bad drug deal their mother set up... The boyfriend was younger than her oldest son, so he was a minor. She'd smuggle drugs to him every chance she had... It was just bad, just bad all around.

This has been kicking around in the back of my brain for a while. I know that we have so many people who simple don't have a clue what they look like. For some of us we can't see how much weight we've lost. I think partly because in our head we are still gi-normous, while in other cases we don't see it because we live with it. It's hard to notice change when it is incremental. I would like to propose a series of threads that show what people look at different sizes. I've never seen anything like this anywhere, so this is why I'm proposing it here. I think this would be very powerful and invaluable for people moving down the size chart. I also know that size is independant of weight, so I'm thinking that it might be a good idea to post weight too so that people can understand the range of weights that are possible at that size. What do y'all think?

I'm just obsessed with trying to figure out why I"m not losing weight. I'm obsessed with the fact that I've only lost 3 pounds. Some said that I was on a plateau, and that sometimes it take a while for these things to break. Well, that would be well and true, except for the literal Water weight I lost, I've only lsot 3 pounds this so hardly qualifies as a plateau. A plateau implies that there was something lost in the begining. Maybe I need professional help.

Yup, make sure your inscisions are completely healed. Don't expect to be at the same activity level you had before you were banded. EXPECT MORE!!!!! If you are like me, you will have more energy, even after a minimal weight loss.

yeah, but after you clean them, aren't they disoriented? I find that after a salt soak they sort of lose their memories...

Thanks Anwyn, I'm glad that I've been able to help! I think it is so important to track all the changes in your life. Not only the physical ones, but hopefully the changes we make so that we don't need to be fat any more. And the best way I know of to track these changes is to keep a list of all your NSVs. Besides, when you are invited to be a guest on the Oprah show, you have to have something to show besides what the scale says, right? Right!

As always, I can only echo the wonderful advice already given to you. Yeah, it can be really sucky when you realize you have to actually start dealing with emotions instead of stuffing them...
