Hi everyone, sorry I have been away for so long. My weight loss is still progressing although it has slowed down. I have decided to do a mini-triathlon so I will let you know how that goes. Pants size is down from a 58 to a 40! So, I am very happy but I still have some more weight to get rid of. Here are my numbers. Sleeved: 12/26/12 @ *422 lbs* Now: 04/26/14 @ *237* So, as of this point I am down 185 lbs and have lost almost 44% of my body weight. Life is good and I am being much more active. Doing lots of walking (bought a FitBit). I hope everyone is doing great in their journey. GatorDave

Sure of course. I try to eat 5 to 6 times a day. Very little obviously. Tuna salad, egg salad, chicken salad, scoop of peanut butter, hummus, hard boiled egg...etc. And lots of liquid (as much as I can drink anyway, which is much less than pre-op). -

Thanks for all the comments folks. I started at 420 so I was considerably heavier than you. I believe that is why my weight loss is so much more dramatic. I was sleeved December 26th, 2012 at 420 pounds. The drastic initial drop in weight I attribute to Water weight. But since then the weight loss has been steady so I am very happy. I was looking at everyone's stats on this thread and I know you all made the comments that your weight loss was "slow", but if you look at your starting weight and mine I bet yours is even greater than mine, percentagely speaking. Percentagely is a new word...believe me :-) So glad to hear everyone is doing so good. Keep in touch! Dave -
