because of the anasteisa, most likely your hair will not perm or color, if it does take some color, there is a very good chance that it won't be an even color. you should wait 8 weeks to color or perm your hair. If you talk to your hairdresser they will most like tell you the same thing. The chemicals will increase the the hair loss!!! . -

I have been using 4 oz of skim milk with 1 scoop of protien powder, a little flavoring, 4 times a day sometimes I freeze in and eat it like ice cream, still struggling myself. I was sleeved on the 26th of Dec. Don't know if that helped. the first 3 days I wasn't able to get it all in. -
