I am in a 3wk stall. Not one lb lost or gained. My calorie intake is approx. 800, my protein about 70 still struggling to reach 82. I do a 3 mile walking tape 5 days a wk. I drink a 32oz water bottle twice daily. I am taking my vitamins daily and not losing.
