Me too. Me too. Only 2 day pre-op diet required. But I've been doing low carb since 2/1 and I'm replacing 2 meals with protein shakes starting 2/15.

2/25 here. My dr only requires a 2 day pre-op diet but I'm placing myself on a 10 day diet so that will start Friday. -
My surgery is 13 days away and sueprisingly the closer it gets the less I worry and doubt my decision. I'm so ready for this.

Well I am the local pedicure lady. I have my own salon so I'm gonna have to find someone to give me a pedi. You may want to take a heating pad. I've heard they help a lot. GasX strips. Listerine strips. Ear plugs. Eye mask. Phone charger. -
My uterus was so swollen and engorged it started contracting. Just like labor pains. Most horrible pain of my life.

The insurance does not and can not send any info to your boss. The HIPPA privacy laws protect you. I manage an HR dept. Trust me on this. -

My $200 consult was included in the $9800. He doesn't make you jump through hoops. Very nice man. I'm staying at the Ramada Inn, I talked them down to $60 per night. He comes to the hotels and checks on you each day. That is where the savings come in. No hospital stay. He sends you home with the leg pumps for circulation and you mail them back to him after 1 week. -

My PCP just called and said I tested positive for H Pylori. But I can't reach my surgeon until Wednesday because it is Mardi Gras season in Louisiana and every thing shuts down for Fat Tuesday. Ugh! Now I'm stressed. And my PCP won't start antibiotics until he talks to my surgeon. My surgery date is 14 days away. SCREAM!!! -

I get attention now at almost 300 lbs. I've always had a flirty personality. But everyone knows I'm crazy in love with my hubby of 19 years. So I feel I can take any additional attention with a grain of sand. My hubby asked me what I was gonna say when men started flirting with me more. I told him same thing I say now. I'm gonna break out singing "Dontcha wish your girlfriend was hot like me. " Lol -

I'm not required to do pre-op either. I am choosing to restrict myself though. I gave up cold drinks and carbs Jan 30. I have a protein shake for breakfast. I plan to start having 2 shakes and 1 meal 10 days before surgery. Surgery is 25th. -
