Yep. I'm a Nail Technocian and part owner of a hair salon. I recommend biotin to all my clients. I take 10,000 mg. extra strength once a day. My hair is growing like crazy.

I did it. I did it. Feb 25th is the day my life will change forever. My surgeon said I was a perfect candidate and my proportions are such that I should lose wait easily. So excited.

And I don't take crap off nobody because at this size I'm kinda intimidating I think. Or at least I'm not scared of anyone. But when I lose weight I may have to learn to keep my mouth shut. Maybe I'll ask the surgeon to implant a filter for my big mouth. -

I've already had obese friends tell me they can only be my friend for one more month. And one asked me if I was still gonna love her when I was skinny and she was still fat. Wth? I'm not getting a brain or heart transplant. It's still me. This is my only fear. And it's strange to feel this way because I have NEVER been the type to worry about what other people thought about me. -

Well folks we are one month away from the big day. When do y'all start pre-op diets? My dr only requires a 2 day liquid diet but I'm putting myself on a 10 day low carb and shake diet. Gonna start it 2/15. Where does everyone live? I'm in Mississippi but having surgery in Louisiana.

Being able to tie my shoes and breathe at the same time. Being able to get out of bath tub without getting in my hands and knees. Not feeling lazy because I'm exhausted. Shopping on the "other" side of Cato's Owning a pair of boots that will fit over my calves.

Your enzymes are probably low due to surgery. Try taking a probiotic or something to increase your enzymes.

My dr ordered a chem test, H Pylori test, chest X-ray, and EKG. It's standard testing for all his sleeve patients. I'm planning on returning to my desk job after one week. -
