I'm on liquids. I drink 1-2 120 calorie protein shakes per day. They have 23 g protein per shake. I eat sugar free jello and 1 can of soup per day. I also eat sugar free fruit bars...maybe 1 per day. I consume 40-60 grams of protein and 40-60 grams of carbs per day. Calories are 600 per day (estimation)
