Just made the Buffalo chicken dip. I used my own recipe that I have made a thousand times. 4oz reduced fat cream cheese softened 1 cup fat free sour cream 1/2 cup franks hot sauce 1/2 cup crumbled cheese 1 tsp white wine vinager 2 cups (14 oz) cooked shredded chicken put all together in my Bullet Blender I cut the recipe into a third. I was able to make 2 - 3 oz servings. It was sooooo good! Way better then cream of wheat and egg salad! I also made a chicken salad can of chicken, avacado, lime juice, cilantro. Mix it all up and walla! needs salt, but was great. Not good to taste after the buffalo chicken becuase that is so intense and this is a bit bland. But still yummy. enjoy

Surgery - December 27th!

I had a really hard time getting in all my meals the first week too- at my 1 week post op my doc said not to worry that it will come- had my surg 12/20 down 17 -
I actually have a little plastic thread sticking out of one of my wounds- they were sealed with glue not stitches- so I don't know what to do with this 1/4 inch plastic thread sticking out! Don't see doc until January 20

December 20- down 10 at 1-week appointment- debating on buying a scale or not or just waiting for the monthly appointments with my gp -

I had my sleeve at the jersey shore on the 20th- had my post-op appointment on dec. 26th. was down 10 pounds. I have friends who were down 15-20 but im ok with my 10 because i have less to loose then them. First week i could barely eat a thing- now week 2 all I want to do is eat. I am sticking to the plan, but nervous i will over eat already! every diet has failed, scared this will too.
