When I had my surgery in US my doctor didn't put me on any till my 4 week check up. U need to have regular blood work with your pcp and they will tell u -

Very normal and the same for me. Mine is now very regular but skipped my first month after all together -
Think about how much we could eat prior. U are doing great!
