Very normal... When the swelling starts going down u can eat a little more and the scale sticks for a week or so. No worries it will start moving!!

The whole process before and after is a big wave of emotions. U just have to remember u r worth it and deserve the best in life. I went thru that for years. It's a huge commitment and a daily struggle for us food addicts. Best of luck.
