It's a tool. It will not take away the mental aspect of us eating from boredom, depression, happiness or whatever ur trigger is. The road to success is hard but with the great tool of the sleeve it works!!! -

I'm 6 months out and if I get up quick I get very dizzy. Dr says very common since we eat very little sugar
