We camp alot as a family , and the kids love roasting them. I asked the dr. and he said NO WAY. EVER EVER EVER. This is what I was told.

2 weeks is about the normal with all of them. I think they all say 15 days as a rule of thumb. Its well worth the wait! Congrats ! -

Amen sister. Its a tool, simple as that. The mental part is still there, and has to be dealt with daily. The struggle is daily. I totally understand. -
greek yogurt with a dab of peanut butter stirred in is deliish! Also the tuna is amazing! Its still a favorite of mine!

Ugh dr told me to expect this....... I'm only one week out so not yet but went ahead and starting taking biotin. Hoping it helps..... -
Nerves are norm. Mine was a week ago and I felt the same. Back to work today, down 11 pounds in one week and feel better then I have in years! U will do great!!
