I Miss My Fat....keep reading....
Angelarda commented on tmorgan813's blog entry in A funny thing happend while I was loosing weight
Hello, my name is Angela, I am 13 months out and I do not miss my fat one day. I have lost over 100lbs and I am always cold. No matter how many layers I use. I sleep with at least 2 layers of clothes and 2 blankets and a heated mattress pad on. My husband laughs at me, He says I am like an old lady. lol. I have Hypothyroidism and the meds doubled when I left the hospital. Iron usually helps me. I take all my vitamins as suggested by the doctor. I workout at the gym. Cardio is my best friend. The Iron is ferrous Fumerate. it is more digestible by our little stomachs. I hope u get the answers u need. But more importantly get warmer. angelarda. -
Good luck iNKDOLL you will do just fine. The gas is the worst part. passing is the challenge. Angela

Hi Kimo, I have kaiser insurance is an impatient procedure. One day was all I needed. I had a rough couple of days because i am not a home body, I was up walking around in the hospital floor every 2hours. I was determined to get back to my walking routine.I walked 3 miles 5days a week before surgery and was eager to get back to business. Only 50 mins to do that. My doctor was awesome!! The more I moved around the more the gas was released. I stopped taking pain meds 4 days after surgery. If you have anymore questions I can help u with just ask as long as they pertain to the surgery or results. lol Happy new Year to u also,
