Hi all today was the first day of my pre op diet my sleeve surgery is 1/23/13. I really don't like the shakes I bought advantage and ready made oh yea shakes I don't know if I can add anything to the vanilla shakes if anyone has any ideas please share. Good luck to all January people I can't wait !!!! -
