-
I'll let you know how it goes for me, I start tomorrow!

If any one needs a unopened bag of Bariatric Advantage (vanilla). Let me know. I found a premade shake that works better for me.

Gas x strips, chap stick and nuff positive vibes! Good luck!

Dr. Tyner did my surgery on 2/15. He fixed a hernia I didn't know I had. I like his vibe and it went smooth. The nursing staff at Rex is top notch, if you're on the 7th floor one of the nurses has had the surgery and was great resource. Just walk as much as you can.

thanks so much, I think I'm gonna attempt the chew like there is no tomorrow method.

I'm in Cary. I'm getting sleeved 2/15 @ Rex, Dr Tyner is my surgeon. I'm excited this is my second surgery date, 1st one got torpedoed by the flu.

01/17/2013 if this cold clears up by Monday! I'm just blessed its not the flu.

I was put on a 2 week pre op diet, however I've developed a horrible cold, not the flu (thankful). So I'll only do second week of protein shakes and clear liquids. Surgery 1/17/13
