Ok I am driving my self nuts ! I am going to have to throw my scale out or only weigh once a week ! I am not having a stall like most people . I have gained about 4 oz it could be water weight ! I did not do my measurements but I know I am losing because my clothes are really baggy musings told me yesterday I need to put on a belt because my pants are to big ! Now that made me feel good -

Does anyone have an uncomfortable feeling when you drink to fast and not sip your drink ? Well I normally do but , I just had some Water and I did not sip it and I did not have any pain . So I guess that means my body is healing -
