I hope everyone is doing well. I was sleeved On December 17, 2012. My calorie intake is between 500 and 850 but I think I Increase it to 1000. My question is has anyone eaten cold cereal I am so craving cold cereal like frosted flakes? -

Wow that is awesome 10 pounds a month I can work with that .. My doctor wanted me to lose 30 pounds in 6 weeks .. I am just going to do the best that I can .. ???? -

I know how you feel my doctor said the same crazy thing to me he wants me to lose 30 pounds in six weeks since then I haven't lost a thing You are right I have never lost 40 pounds in two months so I'm happy with my progress and I'm just going to keep taking baby steps -

I am at a stall as well I have been stuck at 268 for about a week now and my short term goal is to be 250 by the end of this month ! I just increased my protein and my water so I think the stall should break soon -
