wow !!! awesome progression!!!i know..for weeks my fiance and i were talkin about takin pics before the surgery and then in the am of surgery as i was gettin ready , i thought oh crap!! i didnt take pics!!!!so as i was getting ready in my bra and panties we got a few!...maybe ill be brave n post them soon!!! today is my six week post op!! what was your starting weight?the day before my surgery i weighed 228 and stuck in a 3 week stall presently ......scale shows between 203- 207 now ........but like u , i notice my upper tummy is really melting down!!!! my fiance is serious about gettin me a boob lift after i lose all my weight.....he says my upper tummy no longer holds my boobs up!!!! lol!!!!.......doing great !!!!Isnt this exciting !????

.........i was sleeved dec8 , i lost 23 lbs preop and right now around 26 lbs post op ....yes......i have been stalled for a good 3-4 weeks myself.my weight shifts between 203 -210, up down up down!!! i took a diuretic pill last saturday and lost 6 lbs over night of fluid and felt so much better ..........but i wanna see ONDERLAND!!!!!! just a few lbs from it!!! i had retained fluid for the last 10 plus yrs and would take a prescribed diuretic about once a week when i really needed it . it had been at least 2 months since i took one , and it really helped me !yep, bein in a stall sux!!!!!it was soooooo fun seeing that scale move every day ......thought it was too good to be true !! lol!!but.........ive gone from a 3x top to an xl top and 22 jeans to a 16 ......so somethings workin right !!!! patience is not my virtue and this is not fun!

...........all of these posts have turned into a real HORROR STORY.....just let it be! .....sheeeeesh! just sayin!

i work for a well known hospice company in the area for the past 10 years . You would think of all places hospice would be the most compassionate ,as we help and deal with patients on a daily basis and the health and well being of others, right ???WRONG!!...i have accrued over 500 + hours of sick time and darn well i planned on using it to the best of my advantage.My surgeon okayed me to be off for 6 weeks and it was the best 6 week vacation ever and i do not want to go back !!!I return to work this monday the 21st.i was SOOOOO extremely excited about this surgery ..which i had on december 8....and was proud to tell everyone , co workers , patients, family........ okay i have 2 bosses, one had had a lapband 2 yrs ago and she and the other boss have only been with our company a lil over a year.the one with the lapband ,after telling her my surgery, told me it was a simple procedure and i will be back in a cpla days !!!YEAH RIGHT! i informed her that 80% of my stomach was being removed and no i would be out awhile.....she was clueless as to what a sleeve was , so i informed her . anyhow............do u think my company was the least bit concerned for my well being ????hell no ! the other boss sent me a msg 6 days ltr at 945 pm asking how i was feeling and how much weight i have lost....i'm sure she was preparing the next days schedule and was wondering when i would be back.......other than that ....the whole 5 + weeks i have been out i have not had one person (coworker) check in on me ..... to say i am hurt is an understatement and now this coming monday i have to return to work and face everyone.the day before surgery my weight was 228 and at present i have lost about 23 pounds in the last 6 weeks.my 3x scrub tops literally hang on me ...all 123 of them...im a clothes hoarder ..lol...and went shopping for xl's!!!!. so altho the scale is not dropping i guess i am losing inches.i want all these nosey B*$@*+* to see a difference and be sincere in what they say.....but on the other hand i could care less . i would quit this company in a heartbeat but the benefits and pay are phenomonal...i love the work i do , but i do not want to go back .Obviously there is no care and compassion at my jobsite , but i'm sure every single one of them will be askin how much weight i have lost .......feelin pretty bummed....but so happy for myself for having this surgery AND i have quit smoking 6 weeks ago as well!!!!time to focus on ME now !!!!

congrats on the loss!!!!at about my 3 week mark i hit a stall and have been stuck ever since !!!! i am goin on my 6th week ...i was sleeved on dec 8 . eating does get easier...but sometimes i do run into an issue myself . i have never puked yet ...knock on wood ....but the stuck feeling i still experience.you may wanna go back to puree a few days ....i didnt really stick to any certain diet ....just kinda winging it !always try n eat protein first !...beeing in a stall super sux !!!! i juggle between the same for numbers for weeks now like you, i wonder how your body knows a stopping point .......ive been chunky all my life and dont really wanna get to something ungodly myself either ....

mmmmmmmm....i just mixed up about 2-3 oz ricotta cheese, a pkt of splenda and a capful of torani sf vanilla syrup!!!!YUMMO!!!.......helped my sweet tooth!

thank u !!! i just left there and got 2 5 oz bottles of sf raspberry and sf vanilla!!! they were 2.50 each and just the perfect size !!! if i know im gonna like it i will definatley go back and get a big bottle!!!.....now im gonna try some ricot ta with vanilla !

i am lookin for a really good iced coffee recipe !!!using protein powder of course !!!!heading to get some torani syrup tommorrow as well .......so any recipes would be greatly appreciated !

oooooh i know ....i love iced coffee so much that i bought a 2 lb container for 40 bucks of cappocino latte by SYNTRAX NECTAR.....biggest waste of 40 bucks ! I dont like it at all ! anyone know of a way i can dr it up??? ive tried mixin 1/2 capp. 1/2 choc. and it isnt soo bad .....but ugh!!!! !
