ok ....most of my life i have always been on the warm side , but since i was sleeved on december8 ....i stay freezing !!!! i keep my house set at 80 degrees and i just cant keep warm !!!!...anybody else freezing like i am ???Granted , i do know its winter time , but never been bothered by this before !!...he he ....i do love to rub my cold feet on my fiance !! ..he he !!!.........but , i have heard this has something to do with our metabolism ??? can anyone elaborate ?!

.....like others , i think ...omg, this is not gonna work for me and i'm gonna keep gaining a pound or two and not lose any more!!!.........i was really bummed for FOUR weeks with my dang scale!so ...i guess things are fixed once again !!!! i have seen others with a 1-2 week stall , but not a month!!dont worry .....things 'll start oving again !!!:)And use this as a learning experience so when a stall happens again we will know the scale WILL move again!!!Good Luck to u !

i was sleeved dec 8..7 weeks ago ... and the first couple of weeks were great watching the scale drop, then i hit my stall!!!I was stalled for a good month ,i guess, with the scale juggling between 203-208. last week juggled between 202-205 .By juggling , i mean down 2 , up 3 .... . i started back to work last week after 6 weeks and really focused on getting in my protein......yay for SAMS club PURE PROTEIN shakes with 30 gr .!!well........this am i get on the scale and i see 199.4!!!! i am so freakin happy !!!!i even took a pic of the scale and put it in FB!!! LOL!!...........so ...dont give up!!!We all know we wre gonna stall...and we ARE gonna keep losing!!!!:)I think goin back to work and not focusing on the dang scale has boosted my spirits !!! OH!!! no more 3x scrub tops !!!Down to an XL!!!! ........we are all gonna be loving this summer heaviest october 2011 ......251 lbs. taken a week or two ago at 203 lbs!

i looooooooooove my lil oster blender !!!!u put everything in your sport bottle, put the blade on, turn it upside down, twist and 2 secs later u have your smoothie. .......unscrew the blade and put the spout on ! dont get any easier than that !!!!I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE mine !!!!i got it at target and paid 30 bucks !......plus u can buy more sport bottles as well ..8.00

i had my surgery December 8 , 2012......i have lost close to 50 lbs...still juggling with the same few pounds the past 3 weeks.... ...got a loooong way to go ! ...............before .......251 lbs and this is me last week at 6 weeks ...203 lbs !

we were going at it exactly one week after ....doggie style for me!

u look great !!!!we had our surgeries close !mine was on the 8th ...and ive lost 49 ish pounds and thats including my heaviest weight.... the scale hasnt really moved much in the last month,and ive been bummed but my clothes are super super big now !!!Best of luck to ya !!!U look great !

i enjoy cocoa roast almonds ....sold at SAMS...10 bucks a 2 1/2 lb jug!..6 gr protein per 1 oz.

yay !!!how much are ppl sellin clothes for now a days ?!.....i have counted 126 scrub tops alone i need to sell and dont have a clue what to ask for !!! im thinkin like goodwill prices ????i must have 30 pr of jeans amongst others ...all 3x and sz 20s!!!

i just had my 6 week surgiversary...lol...saturday and my fiance and i went to the movies.sorry to say ....i did eat popcorn ...and alot of it ...with butter! i had been sooooo good this long...lol....and felt i deserved something i enjoyed...as long as it is not a daily habit!needless to say .....i had noooo problem eating about 3 cups of it . i had no tummy trouble at all before , during , or after!!! It tasted so good too ! .......but i know this was considered a "treat" for me . should i have ate it ??? probably not....and do i feel bad that i did eat it ???? no...like i said, i dont think eating something i enjoy every now and again is really gonna kill me .so ...do what your heart tells u ...........or better yet .....skip the movies and wait til it comes out so u can watch it at home minus the popcorn !!

before our surgeries ???Does anybody know how much all that excess (80%) tummy they took out weighed?...i just now thought about it ? Wonder if that has alot to do with why we lose so much at first ??? The thought just came to me ....lol!

i am 6 week post op and am just wondering if at any point in time does our surgeons scope our insides to see if everythings healing properly ???Any scans or such?

my stomach gurgled lots for about the 1st 3 weeks ........gas x strips really help with alot of discomfort !!!! they dissove on your tongue and helped me !!! i am 6 weeks post op !!!!Every day is a new learning challenge and it does get easier !!!!Good luck !!!! .......this site is so awesome and full of useful info !!!!!
