Started W8D1 today and couldn't finish it. :-( Changed up some things and I think it threw my concentration off. Back to my regular routine. What was I thinking anyway, I HATE change!!!

Week 7 Day 3 done! I downloaded to 10k app this morning. I'm prepping myself.

W7D2 done! Even after a five day vacation! I was really proud of myself for running the whole thing. I didn't think I would be able to. Maybe I'm actually becoming a real runner?!

If you have completed wk 4 you are 1/3 of the way through. Sounds like your a runner to me! Keep up the good work.

On the iPhone app there is an arrow in the top right corner of each response. Tap the quote button then it will place that persons response and you can reply under that.

I have done 3 5k's. Each time my time gets better. I know ill never be the fastest but ill never be the one who quits! Your right about the breathing and rhythm. I have found when I let my mind wander and think on life it helps to just let the natural instincts of my body kick in and take over.

I'm on week 7. I think the way the program gradually increases your running time is the key. Your body is getting used to the runs and if you don't let your negative nelly mind take over your body will fall into the run naturally. (All of this is IMHO) Even just 3 wks ago I wouldn't have believed I could tell you I ran for 25 min solid but I have!!! Good luck and keep up the good work.

Week 7 Day 1 done. I ran the whole 25 min so I'm happy. Finally feeling like I might actually become a full fledged runner!

Today was a circuit training day. My arms feel like rubber bands! Tomorrow is my 25 min run. Really nervous but keep telling myself its only 3 min longer than yesterday. Everyone have a blessed day!

After a 5 day break just finished W6D3. I ran the whole 22 min!

Just finished! Quiet week here last week. Trying to get things around for a trip to the desert. (Don't know what my niece is thinking getting married in July in AZ!). I know I won't get much training in for the last part of the week. I'll do as much as I can this week and jump back in next week when I get home. Happy running!

Week 6 Day 2 done. Going out of town this weekend and most of next week. Kind of nervous about not being able to run often but ill just start back where ever I can. Have a happy 4th everyone!!
