Most of my life I've been average size. Over the last three years I have become obese. For a long time I've was in denial. Now that I checked into reality I decided to do something about it. At first I was going to save up to fiance than I read on some blogs that the military does WLS. I started looking into it and learned that my VA Medical Center in Dallas does it. My PCP told me I had to complete the MOVE program, lose 10 percent of my weight than we can get the ball rolling. I only have six more pounds to lose. Which ha been harder to lose than I ever thought. June 5th is my next doctor appointment and I hope by than I will be will I need to be.
