I work overnights as well. I completely understand what you are feeling. Not sure why it seems this way but I have the same issue. I'm a year out now Dec. 28 2012 and I think working overnights has hindered my progress with weight loss. I try to like boiled eggs or drink a Protein shake. I get hungry like every 2 to 3hrs and it scares me! My highest weight was 389 before surgery 353 now I'm 290. So you are way ahead of me! But I believe it's because I work overnights of my slower progress.

Wow I'm experiencing the same thing! I started working out and I was down to 304 now I'm back up to 308! I'm freaking out!!! I just feel like my body is working against me here!!! It's the 300's are holding me hostage! I had my surgery Dec. 28 2012! I just want to be in twoville!!! Release me 300's release me!!!

it's going to feel different, but you have to get use to the new feeling and sounds. Also maybe don't do straight water mix it your flavor packet. I personally don't do crystal light because of the aspartame. So I have my own all natural drink mix. But take small sips and just get use to the new feeling of it going down...it's way kinda weird but you do have a new smaller stomach. Hope this helps.

Hey you guys Im home and feeling great! This surgery was nothing like I expected. I can't believe I'm in no pain and I feel so great! No nausea after surgery. Was up and walking around the hospital after the first initial surgery day because I was so sleepy in and out. Just wanted to give you guys my status and update. Have you tried the Bariatric Advantage Chewable Iron? Mine is Passion fruit flavor....and the are the best. No aches here. Ask your healthcare practitioner about theses.

as far as I know every doc is different. I have to be on an iron, vitamin D, a whole food in gummy or pill form to bridge the gap of fruit and veggies my doc has me on juice plus. love this stuff I hope I don't get in trouble telling you what I'm taking. just read up on it at www dot have you tried juice plus dot com all one word. your energy level will amaze you.
