I work overnights as well. I completely understand what you are feeling. Not sure why it seems this way but I have the same issue. I'm a year out now Dec. 28 2012 and I think working overnights has hindered my progress with weight loss. I try to like boiled eggs or drink a Protein shake. I get hungry like every 2 to 3hrs and it scares me! My highest weight was 389 before surgery 353 now I'm 290. So you are way ahead of me! But I believe it's because I work overnights of my slower progress.

Wow I'm experiencing the same thing! I started working out and I was down to 304 now I'm back up to 308! I'm freaking out!!! I just feel like my body is working against me here!!! It's the 300's are holding me hostage! I had my surgery Dec. 28 2012! I just want to be in twoville!!! Release me 300's release me!!!

it's going to feel different, but you have to get use to the new feeling and sounds. Also maybe don't do straight water mix it your flavor packet. I personally don't do crystal light because of the aspartame. So I have my own all natural drink mix. But take small sips and just get use to the new feeling of it going down...it's way kinda weird but you do have a new smaller stomach. Hope this helps.
