I got my sleeve on 11/02/12 and I a down 100 pounds as of today (03/02/13). I eat three 4 ounce meals, two high protein bars, and drink three bottles of water and one bottle of liquid protein everyday. So far this has been working for me.
I regret not having this done before I ballooned to 360 pounds. It was very difficult at first, but got easier as time passed. I have lost 94 pounds. I feel great and my joints don't ache anymore. This was the BEST decision I could have ever made.
JUST FOUND A LIQUID PROTEIN NAMED YES WHEY. IT HAS 100% WHEY PROTEIN, AND IS A 25G SHOT. IT IS A BIT PRICEY, BUT I REALLY DON'T LIKE PROTEIN SHAKES. HAS ANYONE TRIED THIS. PLEASE LET ME KNOW BEFORE I SPEND ANY MONEY.
