I only lost the first 26 bc i wasnt eating anything but broth. I will eat scrambled eggs, chopped chicken, tomato soup, clam chowder. But not all in day. And def 32oz water daily.. one pro. Shake a day. I really dont think im going to lose any more weight.. not unless im doin some extreme exercise program.. my etarting weight was 262 pre surgery.. i have been stalled fr 2 weeks -

Surgery date was 12/17 immeditely lost 26lbs.. but this week i have been able to tolerate more foods and even getting my water intake and drinking atleast 2 protein shakes.. WHY AM I GAINING WEIGHT? I HAVE GAINED 3 LBS SINCE YESTERDAY -

Meeeeeee toooo. I was sleeved on 12/17 have lost 26lb. Now i have stalled 2wks also. On purees and had cottage cheese and string cheese also.. HELP -
Its also funny how the ones that told me not to have the surgery has soooooo many questions about my success
