Im a 43 year old woman who finally after two and a half years received her surgery September 29, 20012 it was a long journey to receive my surgery but, now im on a journey of the life change after,my surgery went well I have a great doctor who even removed a hernia I had between my breast plate my hospital stay was 3 days and my surgery was done by Dr. Kenneth K. Tieu out of Fountain Valley Regional in Fountain Valley California as of today I have went from 299 to 248 I have lost a total of 51 pounds. good you might say, but there are a lot of changes that have to be learned quickly because even though I new about these changes,it still didnt register for me until after I came home. Now the real work starts, those changes, the not drinking 15 minutes before or 30 minutes after eating got me the mind set of eating in small portions I cant tell the times I dropped the ball on that one and constipation a long with the flustrating platos which is where I am today. To shake the stand still mode with my weight I decided to go back to my liquid diet so I will let you know how that goes.
