  1. Hi All! So, I have stalled for the past 10 days. I take in anywhere from 400-500 calories per day (50-65 g protein), currently have a boot on my foot and am limited with workouts but even with boot walk 4000-5000 steps. Fluids--minimum 50 oz, maximum 70 oz. Cardio was good lat week but not this week. Thinking this may be my issue but also am trying to be more consistent with fluids closer to 70 oz. Should I increase the cardio? fluids? both? decrease calories? If so, how do you not get lightheaded? Just feeling a little stuck. Happy with my 70 lbs down (42 since surgery 12/12) just wanted to hit 100 lbs by Easter. Must get this ball rolling again. What have you all done? Thanks!

    Best Strawberry Protein?

I just ordered the Torani Sugar Free Strawberry Syrup and am going to try that with unflavored protein and/or vanilla. The Unjury was way too sweet for me (however, pretty good mixed with lemonade). Getting my own syrup, I can control the flavor. It also works VERY well in plain yogurt.
  3. Hello Ladies, I was sleeved on 12/12 and before that the drastic change in my diet had changed my menstrual cycle (every 2 1/2 weeks twice before surgery). Post surgery, I started on the 15th and haven't stopped. Anyone else have this issue? I know that there is a lot of trauma to the body but I am just wondering when I will get back to normal? I will contact the doc by Friday if it hasn't stopped. Talk about losing iron. Ugh! Thanks!

    Ladies--Menstrual Cycle Issue

Thanks Ladies. I emailed my doctor and she did say that it is common. If it continues for a month, then I need to make an appointment. It is simply surgery and diet change shock. Joys!
  5. Hi All! I was sleeved on 12-12-12 and have done fairly well in my recovery. Interesting moments with bowels but that is for a different discussion. Anyway, I am having a bear of a time sleeping on my back. Do I ever get to sleep on my side again? If so, when did it happen for you? I never processed this with all of my research. Thanks!

    Sleeping on your side?

Wow! Thanks for the prompt response. I am definitely trying the pillow thing tonight.
  7. 1 week post surgery. Getting better every day. Keeping it positive.
