The ingredients is what I am looking at. They are Whey Protein Isolate, Collagen Hydrolysate, and Casien Protein Isolate. The label just says Pure Protein. I had my hopes up! Lol, I have a hard time drinking much of anything as of yet.

So I am 5 days post-op and am having trouble with all liquids still. My Dr has me on clear liquids for 2 weeks and its hard to get protein in on clears. Found some protein shots at a drug store with 25 grams. Anyone else use these??

I have 6 incisions and a drain. I would be feeling pretty good if it wasn't for that. How's everyone feeling?

Sleeved yesterday but had many adhesions, surgery took about 4 hours, so I bought myself another day in the hospital (home Christmas Eve). Needless to say, I'm very sore

How are you doing with post OP diet?
