I had surgery on a Wednesday back at work on Tuesday. Just no heavy lifting and i was so tired at the end of the day.

I hd surgery dec 5 down 25 pounds. I seem to have stalled. Any suggestions?

I had surgery on dec 5th, 268, and today I weighed in at 247. My highest weight Nov. 7 when I started pre-op diet at 277. -
I'm from Corpus and had the sleeve done on Dec 5th.
