I was taking Peri-colace, 1 at bed, and nothing was happening. So I started taking 2 at bed and still not being easy. I am still constipated and if I go it is like cement. I went today, like cement, and not to sound disgusting but there was a large amount blood in the toilet once I was done. I see here that people are taking laxatives and they're working. Can anyone give me names of the laxatives? Thanks, Wendy

I am having weird dreams where I am eating and all of a sudden it hits me that I'm not suppose to so I spit it all out. I was wondering if anyone else is having dreams like these or any different ones since their surgery?

I have been post op 2 weeks now and I am also having the same issue, but it is the same with me as far as not eating and sticking to my plan. -
I was given a shopping list in my book. Everyone's surgeons and dietitians are all different. I think your best bet would be to contact the dietitian working with you.

11 days post op probs with protein

I am now 11 days post op and I am getting worried that I cannot consume enough protein. Not used to my newly sized stomach and how to exactly drink. Very nervous to put anything in there except water. Is anyone else going through this and if so are there any ideas I can try? -

I have been trying to get them down, but I only get about a half down and that's is when I get pain in my stomach. Thank you for the suggestion. I will definitely try it.!
