Hey just fyi on hairloss. I bought some topik with setting spray. It works great my baldness is right in front bang line and just above it. Its a keratin Fiber powder u sprinkle on dry hair then spray with setting spray to keep it in place. I did get a pixie cut and so now the fallout not so bad. My fall out has slowed down alot but did last over 2 months Sent from my iPhone using VST

Better get your protien or your gonna loose your hair! I know because i am 4 months out down 60lbs but my hair had been falling out by the handfuls i can see bare scalp. I knew better but not hungry and when i do eat enough protien no room left for Water. I have also added Biotin with keratin Vitamin. Good luck. Im struggling but not giving up. This is now my life forever. Sent from my iPhone using VST -

I had surgery march 6 And stopped my nsaid (voltarin) 1 week before surgery i was unable to walk much do to knee pain. I had been on this medication for more than 10 years. I was told about a topical pain med pensaid it helps alot rub it on knees 4 times a day so between this and 40 lbs lost i am moving. Now doing Water exercise very helpful. I was told no more nsaids ever..... Sent from my iPhone using VST
