Tomorrow is my pre op hospital visit then Saturdays the day. I'm very anxiety ridden in general so maybe stress. Hope you all feel better thanks

Oh thank you, ladies. I loathe every minute of it. I can't stand how the protein shakes taste and everything including water tastes awful now. The worst part is just feeling immense hunger. Xanax has been my best friend. I want to cheat but I'm afraid they'll open up and see. I'm a weirdo lol

Hi all, I am 5 days into my 8 day diet and I lost 17 lbs so far but this morning I gained one pound. I have remained faithful to a tee on the diet. Is this happening elsewhere?? Forgive my vulgarity but I haven't been using the restroom, perhaps in need of a laxative?

I'm new to this site and so happy I stumbled upon it! Literally thrilled! I'm 23 and I'm getting sleeved this Saturday, 12/22 in Houston. Last year, I lost 100lbs with diet and exercise but had emergency spinal surgery and gained it all back on bed rest within this year. I am no longer able to exercise--truly jut barely walk because my back is so poor. This sleeve is for my spine and future health. Does anyone have any pertinent advice? I would super appreciate the well wishes, I'm so excited to get to know you all!

I'm so nervous!!! I'm getting sleeve this Saturday and I don't know what to think!!! So scared but so ready for a happy change. Any beginners advice?!? Does it hurt after? Like a lot? I feel like a nervous Kindergartner.

Hi everyone, I'm 23 and getting sleeved on 12.22--I'm fuuuuuhhh-reakingggg out with nerves. I had a traumatic spine surgery and complications afterwards so I'm out of my skin terrified about surgery. Help!!
