After yoyo dieting all my adult life, I said enough. I was 100 lbs over weight and tired hurting, hiding, and not living life to the fullest. This has been the best decision I have made in a long time!
I am grateful to my family, friends, and all my doctors who supported me through this crazy process. It hasn't been an easy road, but it has already been worth it. I have been truly blessed with an amazing family, and I plan to live a long healthy life and enjoy every moment.
