Honestly I told family and friends. When someone asks me I tell them. I also explain its not a quick fix its not easy but I don't care what others think -
It was good! I'm down 7 inches around hips and waist! My doctor was very happy with my progress don't go back until June

I go for my 3 month post op check up tomorrow I've never looked forward to a doctor appointment before now I get excited. I can't wait to see how much my hips have shrunk!!!

Try to up your fluids if your not drinking enough you can dehydrate and cause a stall -

Oh I complained about the gas pressure but they wouldn't give me anything. They had me walking with in a few hours which wasn't fun but now that I'm 3 months out I hardly remember it! -

I didn't have that. I wasn't allowed anything first day after surgery. That sucked. The day after I was given 1 oz of ice chips hourly. That was heaven on my very sore throat! -

My pain was bad from the gas pressure and the drainage tube. That tube is awful but trust me this little bit of pain is worth the new lease on life! -

Pain is different for everyone but you'll have a pain pump so you'll be good. Walk as much as possible as soon as you can get up. -

I'm 3 months out and live on my fitness pal!!! I usually get 650-800 calories daily 75-85 grams of protein -
I like fish it goes down easy. I usually wrap it in foil with some fake butter spray and lemon pepper really good. Cottage cheese is great.Greek yogurt is awesome

I was sleeved 12/3/12 I'm able to eat 3-4 oz about 4 times a day. I'm getting 600-800 calories a day. Just seeing if that's average???

I've lost 4 pants size and went up bra cups. I see my surgeon tomorrow and will defiantly find out why??

Yes! I'm 3 months out and still have my pickle craving. I just don't eat the skin.

You'll get over it! I had my omg moment about day 4. Mine was because I wasn't able to hold stuff down. You'll learn food is no longer fun but for nutrition. Now food doesn't have to be boring! I love finding good recipes and tailoring them to my needs! You can still love food but just in 4 oz portions

I wasn't allowed anything but ice for two days then the 3rd Popsicle made me almost vomit! It was about a week so hang in there!!!
