I thought I was gonna have to do a two week pre-op liquid diet but my doc is only making me do ONE WEEK!!! Im scheduled for my pre-op appt on 2/14. Today they gave me my prescriptions to fill for post-op. I didnt know anything about Blood Thinner shots twice a day post-op :-( but I guess I gotta put my big girl panties on and JUST DO IT! I AM SOOOOOOOO READY!!!!

i just started drinking Premier shakes this week. you're right they do have an aftertaste....i find it easier to drink when they are really cold -

4 more weeks for me. i cant wait!!! im super excited and nervous at the same time. my son's father is absolutely no support at all, in fact he often tries to sabotage me. but im stronger than he thinks. i am determined to change my life and the life of my overweight 8yr old son! -
