I know soda in a nono, I have let gotten flat before drinking, my first week I was drinking mostly water but now it makes me sick. I pretty much spit up everytime I eat... Got some medication for nausea, hope that helps... Can't drink any whey protein, will be trying some powdered soy soon to replace my shake, can't take any milk, only yogurt and white fat free cheese...i pretty much dislike food and eating... Hope it fades away as the weeks pass...
