Hey guys! I am actually panicking at this moment! I have bought these protein shakes from weider, they are disgusting!!!! The only one I can swallow is the chocolqtte one! I have 1 week left before my pre op diet and I am freaking out!!!! What are you guys taking? How did u do it?? Please help!

I totallh understand what you mean! Every person I have told I have had to like prove them that it is a good choice and every negativity they came up with, I have an answer. Its been hard and I think that its true that havi g people judge you because they think your taking the "easiest" way is not fun. But at the same time I think about it and who cares what people think it is your decision, your body and and only you know the reasons of going through the surgery.

Hey guys! So my surgery is on the 11th of February with Doctor Garcia and I am all set, bought my airplane ticket yesterday and I have all my protein shakes for my 2 weeks prior surgery diet! I am very very excited!! Only 36 days left!!!! I am so ready for this change!

Im with dr Garcia but im going on the Feb 10 and getting my surgery on the Feb 11.

With dr Garcia isnt it supposed to be from 7 to 14 days?

Hey!! So my surgery is on february 11th and I am really nervous... I will be 21 years old this wednesday and I feel like the only thing I can think about is the surgery.. I kind of stopped going out and seing my friends since I feel like I cannot continue a normal life the way I am right now... I feel like I dont fit in any environement and that the only waybI will fit in is when I get the surgery and start losing all this weight.. It is very strange.. Anybody has had this feeling? Also I know there has been a few post about things to take to Mexico but if anybody went there recently (with doctor garcia) can tell me what they wished they had brought.
