I have always struggled with my weight. I have yo-yo dieted in the past but once I hit 30 I couldgn't lose weight & started gaining weight steadily. I have been married since 2008, I stopped taking birth control the month we got married & we just figured we would let nature take it's course. well after 4 years & 2 different fertility mds, they decided my weight might be affecting the overall health of my ovaries. so, here I am trying to lose weight to help get pregnant.
