    Hey guys. Remember me popcorn guy. I've added an occasional bag of Onion rings to the mix and this is where it got me. 6 months post op. 185. 10 pounds from goal.

  5. Everyone feels like your feeling. Lord knows I did. But when you start seeing the weight coming off yiu wont even be worried about that sandwich or slice of pizza. But you will be able to eat it in about 3 months. Dont rush it. When it was time for purees I wasnt ready so I did an extra week of liquids. When it was time for soft foods I did an extra week of purees. When it was time for solids I did and extra week of soft foods. Get the point. Dont rush pace yourself. Your body will know when its ready.
  6. Your supposed to still be on liquids aren't you? Most people dont go back to work within a week.very few people can do that mainly the people with desk jobs. It took me a month to go back to work.

    Popcorn and workout diet. It works for me lol. Really I dont eat popcorn all the time. That very same bag I mentioned I just had to throw away because it went stale just a couple minutes ago.

    Omg. Is this what my post has come to. Lol it was just a bowl of popcorn. Ive lost 10 pounds since this post. Like I said I work out every other day if I want to have a little snack every once in a while something light like popcorn or a handful of baked potato chips I will. As a whole my eating habits have changed. Im making progress and like I said im not just sitting around waiting for the fat to fall off.

  14. Im 8 weeks out. Im doing well. I started @ 307 now im 248. My eating habits have changed no doubt and I have cut out most of the things that got me obese in the first place. I work out every other day im a certified gym rat. If I miss a day of the gym I feel bad and I make up for it the next day. Ive been wanting fried chicken for a week or so now. The funny thing is after I eat it if I do, it may make my head hurt so bad that I may not ever want it again lol. What do you guys think. Will I turn into a gremlin after 12am after having a piece of fried chicken. Lol

  17. Love the last part. But im good. Im not gonna do it. Not now anyway. Maybe after 10 more pounds lost. So that with the way I work out will be in 2 weeks.
