There are always sugar free snow cones. They are the best with no calories and no carbs.

Thanks SpaceDust. I knew it was gonna be life changing. Its just that I am an addict when it comes to food. It just really hit me like a brick when I finally realized that this is forever. I really dont know what I was thinking while I researched everything I thought I knew about this surgery. I guess there will always be something new as time goes on and more people are being sleeved. I just had one of those aha moments. Again thank you for the words of encouragement.

I think reality just really hit me. Ive been sleeved for 6 months now and this really got me. I thought that if I finaly get this weight off that it would stay gone and I would be able to live a normal life. I was wrong ofcourse. I will have to diet for the eest of my life to make sure this weight will never return. I just cant believe the rude awakening I got from reading that post on ( being re sleeved) not sure the name of the post Im having trouble concentrating right now lol. I just wanted to be healthy and live a non diet life.

I read this article you posted and it is bothering the hell out of me. Im terrified in say 7 to 10 years we will gain this weight back or have to have the DS to keep our weight off.

Yes I do! I miss those days. I think as we get older instead of getting wiser I got a little bit dumber lol.

How has everyone done today? Im thinking of doing the 4:3 fast and see how it goes. I wish everyone luck.

12/4/12 lost 58lbs

Did great today only got in 270 calories. Not eating again until avout 11:00am. I so hope the weight stays off. Happy Birthday FYE!!!

Im right there with you. I am starting to feel a little hungry as well, but the thing is, is the restriction, I maybe eat like 4 bites and Im stuffed. I also need to take my antiacid, so that might be why Im starting to get a little hungry.

Lost 2lbs from fast yesterday! Wooo hoooo. Not very hungry today. Feels like sleeve restriction is as strong as first being sleeved. Lets keep this going ladies. Great job.

I read alot of the post but I have not seen one with weightloss surgery. I have not put on there that I have had the sleeve either. Im gonna keep reading and see how the people are on there before I post my magnificent tool. Most on there are in the BMI % 45 and below. Most are in the 35 to 29 BMI. Alot say they are losing and the forum is using it as a research to prove it works.
