Laura where are you? How did you do today? I got 90 gr protein, 80oz of water and 1000 calories. Im trying lol. Oh yeah I walked only 20 min today( didnt really want to mention that though lol.

Oh Hell no! I would never put up with my husband saying or even thinking that way with me. I tell him he better never disrespect me by looking or anything of that nature if Im in his presence. You do not have to put up with that no matter what you weigh. Kick his ASS to the curb there is a gentleman out there for you somewhere.

Im 5 1/2 months out and still cant eat it. I use to put salsa on everything eggs, porkchops, fried potatos and so on. I also use to eat jalepenos with fried chicken cant do that anymore either. All hot and spicey makes me really sick vomiting andsevere acid reflux. Becareful try very little to start like maybe a couple of drops on your tongue first and go from there. Good luck

Please everyone pray for these families who have lost their children. 24 third grade children have gone to be with the Lord today. They drowned in the basement at the elementary shool while seeking shelter from the F-5 tornado. Oklahoma needs all the prayers they can get. My ex sister in law and my neice and her daughter live there in Morre, Ok, thank God they are ok. Lost everything but they are alive. So please if you can find a minute or two pray for the people of Oklahoma.

Yes we got this. I figured first thing in the morning 24oz of Water along with 1 protien shake and start walking. And I will figure it out snack and lunch when I get back. We CAN and WILL do this! !!!

Im here. Lol. Im reading everything everyone has posted. Im trying to write out a plan for eating and what I should eat and drink. Im starting to go walking in the morning for at least an hour and then raise it next week to 30 minutes to hour more. I appreciate each and everyone of you. You all are my true VST family. Thank you

The TDEE calculator said to consume 2062 calories with 1 gram of protein per lb I weigh. Thats alot of protein. 202 grams wow.

Ok Im gonna try everything suggested. Laura you maybe a slug, bu Im a boulder and cant move lol. I just need to figure out where to start.

I weigh 202lbs height 5'3 1/2. I get about 1000 calories and Im lazy lol. I do housework everyday and on the weekends I mow the lawn and some gardning.

Maybe use some skin bleaching? I would ask the doctor forsure. Or maybe google skin darkining.

110 to 120 for my height 5'3. I would like to weigh about 135. Started at 256lbs.

I used dr kim he is a great surgeon, but to me and my family he liked bedside manner. I only got to meet him once and that was on the day I first decided to have surgery. He was there to make sure I had chose the right surgeon. As for aftercare I have only gone to the one week follow up. I did not see him again after surgery at the hospital or that day in his office. I had no complications with the surgery so far. I believe its your choice in what you are expecting from the surgeon as in bedside manner or aftercare. I was sleeved on 12/4/12. He nor his staff has even once tried to get a hold of me, to see how things are going and that I am doing ok. This is just my opinion.

I know what I am about to say has nothing to do with the sleeve but here it goes anyways. I am asking for prayers for my brother inlaw Phillip Chambers. He was diagnosed 2/27/13 with lung cancer. If anyone will please pray for him I would greatly appreciate it. He is only 54 yrs old and just became a grandfather. Please please help me pray for him. Thank you sincerly, God Bless you all. Laura is right. I have left a few months ago for these reasons and I have to say I might as well be leaving again. Nothing has changed one bit. Things have been out of control for the past 6 months since I have been on here. Im sure they were probably the same before. Its a shame no one stops these post from getting to the point that people decide to leave because of the harsh judgements and name calling. I am no angel that is for sure , but I would never come on here and say that everyone is a liar if they dont agree with what I say or believe, and then have someone who supposably works for or is a rolemodel for this sight to concur with the person who is belittling everyone. I hope for the sake of new people who join or even the ones who have been here awhile that someone who is in charge will step in and stop these verbaly abusive people from ruining this forum and losing very informative and helpful people. So for now goodluck to all.
