I am headed to the doctors and I am deadly nervous. I DONT know why. I am scared I haven't lost enough.

Well I finally went in today I lost 24 lbs and 39 inches total. :/

From what I heard and have read these are signs of a possible leak. Please just go get checked. Do you have any other symptoms such as fevers?

Did you start loosing quick? Or was it slow an progressive?

For the first time in ages I fit in a Large . And fit in a size 16. OMG I still can't believe it. I went from a size XXL (tight) size 22-24.

Does anyone else feel hungry constantly. I am only able to get about 300 calories in a day. I am scared of upping them and gaining weight, any suggestions?

Yes I do walk. But it's more that I want to do is more intense. I just had a baby and the pouch is just not going away!!!!

I want to start running but was not given the ok by my doc they said 6 weeks post op I can then start working out. :/

I was sleeved 12/17, I have only lost 19 lbs date of surgery 246lbs now 227lbs have lost a total of 39inches 15 of those in one week. I am still very discouraged that the scale isn't moving.

Sleeved 12/17 have only lost 19lbs and extremely discouraged. I have measured myself and have lost a total of 39inches. 15 inches just this week alone. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Hopefully I will be close to my goal when my husband comes back from deployment. I can't wait to show him what I look like. A big part of me is scared he won't like the new me. I also can't wait to have a makeover once it's all gone.

Do y'all feel nauseas when you drink?

I called my doc asking about insomnia. I just cant seem to sleep at all. I am extremely tired but can't sleep. In addition I mentioned that my legs and arms are aching. He said I need to push the fluids. How do y'all manage to drink your 64oz of water?

Yeah I am still there. I was sleeved on the 17th. My wedding picture was in Oct 2012 I can't wait to be able to work out and loose weight.

Well I went in and..... I ended up leaving. My appointment was at 2, we have to be there 15 mins before and it was 10 till 3 and I still had not been called back. 5 people that got there after I did went in before I did. I went up 20 mins after my appointment and they said "oh youre next" and 40 mins later and 3 people after I still had not gone in. I went up to them and said just cancel my appointment I am leaving. They were like I'll reschedule your appointment and my answer to that was NO, dont even bother. I am so disappointed that in a military clinic they would do something like this. I AM SOOOO MAD! (

I've been doing P90X despite my weight I am able to run and do very strenuous workouts. As a matter of fact I was able to do a half marathon in Oct it's going over a mountain. I just don't know if the movements could do anything to my sleeve. Ill be meeting with my surgeons tomorrow.
